    This makes me want to start another internet meme: sending variations on this letter to idiots who put stupid job postings on the internet. Post anonymously and demand a cover letter explaining why I want to work for you? Demand three years of industry-specific experience for an internship? Require web design, system admin, DBA, and backend development skills for entry-level jobs? Oh yes, these people are going to start getting this submission letter…

    I'm right there with you! I got laid off after a year and a half of experience and at this point all the job listings require more experience than I have. I'd like to know how someone's supposed to get experience in writing engineering docs if all the jobs require 3-5 years experience AND experience in the engineering field...
