    That is awesome. How did you do it? and is this just one patch of a quilt or is this the whole thing? Either way, It is full of win.

    My mom's using a combination embroidery (The lightening stuff is embroidery), applique (title, some of the background) and paint/dye.
    She tried explaining it to me once but it seems very very very complicated and though I own a sewing machine, I'm still on a level of 'doing really simple shit'.
