   The gun kicks back slightly when it's fired, but the dissipating muzzle flash won't follow the muzzle around. Details details.
   Technically a silencer should suppress the muzzle flash as well as the noise too, so there wouldn't be any flash from the glock, but you need to tell a story as well as get the details right, and the flash indicates a shot better than a lot of other visual devices. If I've got my count right, that glock has been fired 6 times. Twice at Luke's thighs by Kirk once at Kirk's thigh by magic, once at Kirk's belly, once at the steamcopter, and once at Jack by Luke. There were 9 bullets in the gun (Jack: "eight left in the clip, one up the snout" ep62p2p2), which leaves 3. Joy!

   Great job Paul and his assistants! The art is fantastic and I love the fact that every book builds up to something big (to say the least).
   
   It such a pleasure reading Freakangels, and in fact it makes the whole week seem worth it.
