Give me a day or two, need to make a comic and start work on something Alice & Wonderland inspired that isn't painfully cliche.

I worked my ass off on this thing! I started today and finished today. It hurts. I need a drink.

    2000 AD remodel

(I'm new here, btw, so go easy on me.)

I really need to get photoshop. This MS Paint thing is Killing me.
    Also, Cameos!

@KirbyPunch, you should download Gimp here. It's not quite Photoshop, but it beats the shit out of MS Paint and it's free.

I think I may have broken people with this one?

Next week's will be easier AND more American, I promise...!

To be honest, the parameters are quite different. Instead of a simple persona/idealized archetype concept, we have this oddball list that requires a bit more thinking and problem-solving. Which can be good.

@KirbyPunch: re: Strontium Dog, I think it was originally published in Starlord, which was a sister title to 2000AD. I'm pretty sure I have all 22 issues in my attic. Damn good comic.

I wish my art skills were better! Superman's a pansy. 2000AD's where it's at, or was. Haven't read it for about 10 years.

Whoa, Slow down there chief. I'll Stand up for the Big Guy in Blue any day of the week. I'm a Bullethead, pure and simple, but I am also very proud of my Brit heritage (Well, the little that I Have) and a huge Doctor Who fan. I get very different things from American Pop Culture and British pop culture, and I love them both.

Heh, Superman's never really done anything for me, although I do have vague recollections where some villains managed to transpose the inclinations of Batman and Superman which at the time I thought was quite neat, but that was precisely because Superman wasn't Superman: he was a character with more depth and human flaws, I guess. Got no problem with people liking Superman though. Different strokes.

Sobreiro: That's beautiful. It looks like a jazz album cover, and would look great as a large poster. A perfectly gratifying piece of design. I'd buy the shit out of it.

    agnosticator: That's really cool.

No, I just haven't started yet.
