I can't wait! very excited to see this is coming out.

*stop press! if you are in the birmingham uk area and would like to see this film, why not tweet @ElectricBham about it, they just need some encouragement*

edit: the electric ( is one of birmingham's oldest cinemas and the only independent in the city centre, it shows a good range of less mainstream films and should be supported.

Iron Sky has been showing up in my media circles completely independently of Whitechapel, which is super awesome. People are definitely getting excited over it.

Nazi sci-fi film Iron Sky becomes Berlin talking point
A Finnish sci-fi comedy about Nazis invading Earth has become the most talked-about movie at this year's Berlin Film Festival.
Iron Sky is a B-movie spoof that has been screening at the festival's sidebar event, called Panorama.
The plot revolves around a group of Nazis who escape to the moon at the end of World War II to plan a new assault.
Interest in the film has raised eyebrows at the Berlin film gala, which is more used to heavyweight fare
Ah shit. I knew I should've checked that previous post of Flabyo's.

Heh yeah, the reviews have been a mixed bag, which didn't come as a surprise to the guys. Surprisingly enough, in German speaking part of the world they have been quite positive, and even the notoriously "meh" Der Spiegel said good things about the film. But yeah, this is more or less what people were expecting, just like with Star Wreck - either you like it or you hate it. :P
