Any of you that haven't joined the Army group really should. Warren sends out Telegraph Keys to the group, great little notecards containing landmarks of some of the more unique places he discovers or hears about as he wanders the grid. The Toxic Garden mentioned in one some time ago was entertaining.
Hi! Gemma Afarensis here. I think Army of Filth is the first group I joined in SL, 'cos I'm a raving Warren Ellis fangrrl. Also I loved the member title at that time, "Live in fear of". Don't have anything profound to say. KTHXBYE!
While I am now homeless (w00t! 2L pays my RL rent for one final month) I do still pop in now and again. Last time was to investigate this Second Health London (97, 210, 26)
My tax pounds hard at work...
Inworld I'm Reynolds Horus, and have only stalked Mr Ellis the once.
In Second Life you can create Groups, that are sort of like social networks.
My group in Second Life is called Army Of Filth, because I couldn't think of anything better at the time I was farting around with the groupmaking function.
Hey i was just going around with spider and guterblood from the wastelands and we went to Gibson where spider explained how they were going to rebuild nexus prime and they've got some good idea's inspierd from some piecies of sci-fi. One idea was for the city to move and change a la dark city and another was to have a highly technologicaly advanced area like the farsight community from transmetropolitan.
they kept some of the builds there becuase the person who they belong to is in training in the army and is shipping out soon so if the worst happens, god forbid, they'll at least keep the things he made safe.
