This is the final entry in this REMAKE/REMODEL tangent for a while.
This one should make you hate me.
Usual REMAKE/REMODEL rules apply:
No pen-portraits. This is ART ONLY. Posting just a bunch of text, or a scribble and a vast number of words, will get the thread closed and your account banned.
NO MORE PHOTO-MANIPULATION "art". I'll just delete them. People have been drenching recent threads with several pieces at a time that they've knocked out in photoshop in 2 minutes with no thought at all. I consider this to be taking the piss now.
No more than TWO submissions by any one person in any one REMAKE/REMODEL.
So here's the deal:
You are an artist/designer.
You have to put together the cover for the first issue of what you have been told is the first ever romance comic. It is called YOUNG ROMANCE.
The publisher wants to be sure that you get the text ALL TRUE LOVE STORIES on the cover somewhere.
And that's it.
It's up to you what kind of company you're at. What kind of comics you make. What era you're in. Who you are, even. Go nuts with it.
You have one week. Go.

This one has potential to get REAL weird. Hopefully I'll be able to get into this one, but my internet is going away here in a few days, and it might not be back for a bit of a while. -

Well, if it makes you feel any better: yes, I'm grinning like a loon, but I do hate you now. I'll probably spend the entire week thinking of ways to turn a bland image of boy-kissing-girl (or variations thereof) into an interesting piece... and end up posting my entry on friday afternoon, which will most likely be a bland image of boy-kissing-girl (or a variation thereof). Gah! Curses! -

Do we hate you for this, or do we respectfully rise to the challenge of the hardest re-design yet? I think it's probably a little of both.
