I vote Slapstick. Of course, I always vote Slapstick.

    Closer to your tastes:

    Deathlok

Body modification, transhumanism and black ops in a walk.

    US Archer
Ulysses Solomon Archer fights evil in the highways of America in his pimped out truck to avenge the death of his brother.
His brother, by the way, was murdered by a sinister trucker known as The Highwayman, who sold his soul to the devil for a satanic eighteen-wheeler (honest).
In the same accident his brother lost his life, Ulysses skull was crushed and had to be replaced with a metal plate, which SOMEHOW allowed Ulysses to pick up CB transmissions.

From The 7 Crappiest "Super Heroes" in Comic Book History

    1) you people worry me

    2) also, interestingly, you people pay no attention to Marvel Comics at all. Even less than me, and all I do is read the solicits every few months.

I mentioned this in the 'Comics You'd Like to See Revisited Thread', but I think it's worth mentioning here:
    StrikeForce Morituri
Government Made Super Experimental Heroes, each with a random death-clock built in as a side-effect of their abilities, a flaw in the formula.
Made for an interesting read; with characters that the readers just begin to fall in love with, who suddenly die horribly (melt) every other issue at random times- genuine surprise in a few cases.

Ha, that Carnage book drove me insane at the tender age of 9.

Also; you should do something like Captain Dormammu. But I really wanna see Human Sex Jeep make it passed the editor one day.

Okay, something serious; Ultimate Hannibal King. You could have fun with that.

Out of curiosity, are we limited to suggestions of people who are supposed to be alive?

SuperPro's probably not available, is it? Because I would love to read about SuperPro's steroid scandal and dog-fighting ring.

Sorry Warren, I guess your only choices are Thor Girl, Lifeguard and Right-Winger...

Are you sure Marvel has characters they're not using? I mean, all I see is Wolverine and Dead Pool :)

With your various interests is the evolution of the Weapon X projects (as shown in Grant Morrison's X-Men run ... I think?) possible, some really interesting concepts in that arc that he only touched on because he has so many throwaway ideas.

Silver Surfer - massive canvas to throw all kinds of future societies, inter-planetary arrangements, spacial events at?

Namor - can cause tidal waves, also Atlantean sleeper cells and rude swipes at carnal affairs with E. Frost.

Always thought the Hellfire club could possibly be made into an interesting title, so many mad, power hungry individuals forming secret societies across interesting time periods with that unknown hand guiding and balancing their avarice.

If I can ask - when you say Dr Strange is spoken for, is it returning as an ongoing or is Mr Waid continuing with more minis?
Also, please feel free to ignore/heckle if this is silly but it's been bugging me, is Richard Fell the natural successor to Frank Ironwine?

Maybe someone's earmarked it for Christopher Bird.

I know x-man got a recent revival ( not much of one ) in dark x men but he's pretty much been doing nothing in comic book limbo since the end of counter x.
    aka BEING DEAD.

Stingray. He's Tatsunoko Jacques-Yves Cousteau, he had a sea fortress thing, and his brother-in-law is a man who is a tiger who is also a shark or something.
