my computer keeps feeding me flogging molly, but the band I've been blaring through my truck's aging speakers is a little band out of lafayette, LA, called the Givers. let me see if I can chase down a decent link... eh, here's their myspace. I guess that'll do.

@ Brent Wilcox - Hot damn, that looks like the business. I'm sure this has been asked before, but are your shows anywhere online / in existence digitally? Or do they just disipate out into the ether every time?
@Magic Sword! Thanks! I always at least imagine that I have a global audience. Various sketchy schemes are in play to get the whole radio station on-line... right now you'd have to set up a receiver a few light-days away to tune in to Sunday's show. (Or, if you're Nigredo, you can apparently rebuild large chunks of it from the blueprint provided...)
And right now, listening to Bonobo Black Sands - soothing music for the last gasp of a three-day weekend.
Laura Marling - I Speak Because I Can. Bright Eyes/Neva Dinova - One Jug of Wine, Two Vessels. Make it Clear - Wrong Side of the Tracks. No Class - No Class Tape. VA - MMX: Deathwish/Malfunction/Six Feet Under Spring Sampler. If you like loud shouty stuff you need to get this. Plus its free. So thats a win.
