    I missed March's SPIT, which is too bad, I have a wonderful picture of me with a rocket at Nasa's Space Center Houston. Everyone knows rockets are big... but you don't realize how big until you stand next to one and see that even if you cloned yourself four times and all stood on each others shoulders you would still not reach the circumference of ONE of the engines... It was marvelous.

    For these, I was inspired by thewaltonsare and her lovely glam pic, only I didn't want to mute the colors as much as she did. This is what resulted and I'm rather pleased.

    hello SPIT, been a little while.
    Everyone looking lovely as usual. More lovely than usual even.
    went to my LCS today and scored a book I'd been after for a while, earning massive kudos from the store owner in the process...

    Sneaked a look at the FA tpb while I was in there too. The colours look so different on paper, much grimier. Might have to get that next.

    Purple shirt and big hair = me. Obviously not selfs, but from a great set played by Double Dagger in Philly. The second one's crowd surfer is from a random West Philly dude who shows up at pretty much all the free-ish shows in West Philly, dances a lot, annoys people, and is genuinely crazy. But he seems to have a great time, so there's that. Despite the look of silly indifference on my face, I was having an awesome time. The show got shut down by cops/the university later on in the night, so I really hope that it gets to happen again next year (it's an annual thing). Good time was had by all.
