    This animal skull was found in the woods of northern michigan; I'm not sure what it's from. Any ideas?

    I thought cat at first but the teeth seem wrong, as does the angle of the skull...
    Then I thought raccoon but it doesn't seem quite like that either.

    I think it *might* be from a red fox.

    By the looks of it, it's a red fox, just missing part of the nasal structure. The tooth structure certainly looks right.
