Name's Clint, in accordance with my highly obfuscated username. I've been a fan for years, in particular the first Authority series, Planetary, and Transmetropolitan. With Transmet it probably helps I was already a big Hunter S. Thompson fan as well, but watching his spiritual twin stomp around a hyperactively dystopian future was always fantastic. So thanks for that!

A few months back I finally decided to try my hand at some writing of my own, seeing as I was lucky enough to marry an artist. She can't write, I can't draw, so it works... we've had our first webcomic going about six months now:

    Zombie Ranch

Oh, and this is me at Long Beach Comic Con, making people think I drew my wife's art.

This picture is now almost 3 years old!

I'm Spencer. Librarian by training, but regretting it almost every day. This picture is 3 years and 30 pounds ago. Hopefully the twins that are on their way don't follow the same age to father's weight gain ratio!

I like beer. Beer is good. Beer is great. Let us thank beer for our beer.

Also, my son's birth wasn't sponsored by Coke product placement... but now that I think about it...

My name is Caleb Byrne, I am 21 and I'm from the USA just outside of DC. I recently got into Freakangels and couldn't stop, read 4 volumes in one night when I should have been sleeping (alas my ability to instantly develop an obsession is only good for getting a 4.0 GPA when I'm studying psychology) I am a social worker with a degree in mental health and am currently working on a degree in psychology. I'm also a saxophonist, vocalist, pianist, and a really bad writer. Initially attracted to Freakangels by the promise of epic gore from a friend whilst I was tired and supposed to be sleeping, I found that the comic was awesome on many other levels. at which point I decided I would definitely spend money on it if I weren't a poor college student.

I digress, this is about me right? lemme see if I know how to add a picture
    I look sorta like this
I don't have many pics of myself so that one will have to do. hurray for webcams

Hey there! This place is beginning to have quite a few Finns skulking in the corners, it seems. And how about this weather we've been having, huh?

    Welcome aboard.

Hey there! This place is beginning to have quite a few Finns skulking in the corners, it seems. And how about this weather we've been having, huh?

@taphead: Yes, the weather has been messing with my head all week long (first it was sunny, so I went and bought a deck chair for my balcony, then it began to pour like from a bucket, then it flipped back to sunny, now it plans to rain again...), and thus I've resigned all attempts to do anything serious work-like stuff, and so I'm determined to catch up with Marvel comics and patch the knowledge hole between 1993 and 2008.

...I admit that I'm mostly ignoring 90s comics. This is because I read the first series of X-Force, and I was mostly screaming through it. And quelle surprise, the only readable parts of the series were written by esteemed Mr. Ellis near the end of its run...
    Welcome aboard.

    Thank you!

    My name is Tobe Shane.
I have five days of high school left, and I'm pretty psyched.

I've spent the last week in my seventh hour reading the entirety of Freak Angels.
    It was worth it.

I don't have any images here at school, but I assure you, I am a human being.

Hello, I'm Justin. I make art and stuff. Eddy Current was the first comic that really grabbed me, then it beat me up and set my dog on fire. I'm forever grateful.

    This is my webcomic:

    A underwater sef-portrait

    Hello !

My name is Boulet, I'm a french cartoonist.
I was told about freakangels and whitechapel on my blog when I asked my readers for cool websites/forums in English...
So I thought I could stick here for a moment, just to discover American and English artists and maybe make you discover some french artists too...

(and maybe improve my english-speaking skills)
