I have no idea what the realistic profits are on such a venture, but it *seems* intuitive that a premium traditionally printed version paired with a cheap, plainly laid out POD version would be a winner. Having the POD option available would actually make me more likely to buy the premium copy, as it can stay safely on the shelf while I kick the POD version around on the train or in the bath or whatnot, and if it was priced correctly I'd be likely to buy multiple copies of the POD version as it wore out.]]>
