My new webcomic is only three weeks young, but it updates daily, so there's quite a few comics there already.

Currently I'm running Max Overacts, which is pretty much exactly what the title says. Max dreams of being a famous actor, much to the annoyance of all around him.

This is one of my favourites thus far:

Max presents the sequel to Jack and Jill

Heres the obligatory two pages this month from The Profane Comedy of Audley Strange. Both these pages are from the current story Grand Theft Gateau.

Hi everyone, I'm Scott Springer the cartoonist responsible for Angry Faerie . It's the story of a perpetually pissed off faerie and the mythological creatures who have to deal with her. The current storyline focuses on Angry Faerie & Company having to deal with an invasion of Zombie-like creatures, although the creatures are pretty insistent they are NOT zombies:

    Wicked Burn!

    The better part of valor...

    Angry Faerie updates every Monday/Wednesday/Friday

    Blurred Lines

This is my comic site that has been running since Jan 2009. It mostly contains short stories, but I'm currently running a longer story set on the continent of Ao which is 112 pages in. I update with 3 new pages every Sunday.

This is a page from a short called The Saddest Whale

And this is a page from the current story, Ao.

Science fiction fans are welcome to check out my comic Sunset Grill. It's... well, you know how somewhere in every good space opera, there's that scene where the hero walks into a seedy spaceport bar? This is more or less the story of that bar.

Damn generous of you to host this, sir!

As always I'm amazed by how many frakkin good comics are out there that I still haven't even heard of yet! Many more links for my weekly reading list.

For what it's worth here's a sample from Starship Captain, a 3D-ish sci-fi adventure that's nearing the end of its "pilot episode" 8-)

As the footer says, much more at

Okay, I'll give this a go - my comic is Kaspall, it's been updating for nearly five years now. It's fantasy / murder mystery story set in a city where various people are arriving unexpectedly from other worlds.
Regular features include alcohol, tea, sentient dreams, and swearing.

I'll happily give this a go, too. I've got 2 webcomics on the go right now.

The first is The Life of Nob T. Mouse, a surrealist science-fantasy webcomic that has been running since 1996. The comic charts the life of Nob T. Mouse, a cafe owner and part-time adventurer who is also mayor of a oddball frontier town that exists in a high degree of quantum instability. It regularly features a purposely childlike design, lots of silly machines, wordplay and disguised references to real science.

One of the more popular comics from its run is this:
The Life of Nob T. Mouse: Flagship

The second is All over the house, a comedy webcomic charting the lives of two women who live together in an 'odd couple' style relationship. Emily Westwood is a cynical journalist who despairs at the state of humanity and is a bit of an inventor on the side. She recently managed to get herself elected to Parliament on the basis that her only real rival was an utter moron. Her housemate is Tesrin Stepford-Brown, a borderline delusional yet rather successful barrister who practices demonology as a hobby because she's under the impression that "someone has to". The series usually features a gag-a-day format but occasionally drifts into story mode, although my co-writer and I try to keep the jokes flowing when this happens.

One of the more popular comics from its run is this:
All over the house: In his own words

    This is an awesome thread.

I'll throw in too! Underling is a comic about the son of the devil and the bringer of the apocalypse. He's also a thirteen-year-old brat who doesn't want to do his job! After failing to end the world, he gets sucked into a portal and pops out in a land where mythology is happening everywhere you look. The comic's just under a year old and updates on Tuesdays and Fridays. Linky here!

Thank you for providing this thread! My wife and I make TOGM - The Other Grey Meat, a webcomic about a human pretending to fit in with zombies pretending to be human so they don't eat his brains. The current storyline revolves around "Green Stuff" that seems to be leaking out of the zombies whenever they are injured, but which none of the zombies can see.

No actual brains were used in the making of this comic.
Brain Substitute for the Cultured Zombie.

Sorry if it takes up too much space :/

I thought I had a pretty good handle on the good webcomics out here, but every time I see this kind of thread I am amazed at how many more there are that I've never heard of. So here's mine:

Galaxion is a space exploration space opera of the decidedly non-dystopian variety (because the future isn't all dark and depressing!). It began as a series of minicomics in 1993, moved to 24-pg comics in 1997, and then after a 6 year break began was relaunched as a webcomic in 2006.

    Thanks for the opportunity here.

    Mysteries of the Arcana

There are 78 universes, each based on a different tarot cards. Theresa gets to explore those worlds despite the disturbing implications their very existence has for her faith. Then there's her feelings for Chrys, the young woman with the pointed ears and take charge attitude.

Oh, and there's also a jackal guy with a black hole sword, a sentient blob of goo that lives inside a space suit, and a really big turtle.

    A touch of bad ass

    A touch of giant turtleness.

    Hi Warren,

My wife and I are big fans of your work, particularly Transmetropolitan which we've used as inspiration for parts of our own webcomic (although you might not think it given the subject matter). Another couples effort, here; I write, she draws/inks/colors. It's a very even workload, honest.

    Zombie Ranch

Meet Susannah Zane. She’s a rancher. She raises livestock.

Only thing is, her stock isn’t technically “live”.

The Great Zombie Plague wiped out a fair portion of civilization, and humans weren’t the only victims of its ravenous hunger. But that was years ago, and where cattle, pigs, and sheep got scarce, practical sorts found a new herd to market: the zombies themselves!

Now a crew has come out to film a new reality television series on the subject. To the viewers in the Safe Zones, it might be an eye-opener; but for Suzie and her compadres it’s just another day in the unlife.

    Welcome to the Zombie Ranch.

Hey, thanks for providing this thread!
I do a comic called Jazz and Jess, which is about two late teens and their 'adventures' in their island town.
The town has about 5 zombies show up on the streets at night, every night, which Jazz and Jess take great pleasure in hunting down.
Check it out if you like. Silly stuff and possibly boobies await...
