    Mike Patton's Mondo Cane, which is a collection of his covers of Italian pop songs from the 50's and 60's. I'd describe it as lush, romantic and dramatic. My friend just thought it sounded a bit cheesy. But I like it.

    Congotronics = fucking yes.

    My mate linked me to some Boards of Canada from way back when they were called Hell Interface. Great stuff.

    Bauhaus. I had almost forgotten how great they were!

    @kernowdrunk I like I'll Sleep When You're Dead by El-P much more than his work with CF. I might be in a minority there though.

    Ive been all over SoundCloud again, this time for a month straight. If you hang out at my joint then you knew that already. The mixes at SoundCloud are limitless even if the genres are not...but godamn there's brilliance in there!

    @kernowdrunk Company Flow Yes Yes Yes.

    This is how we do hiphop in the UK (or at least, it is if you ignore grime).

    Mr Loop - Music from the Tannhauser Gate [free DL]

    Witty, sometimes laugh-out-loud funny, excellent jazz / soul-inflected beats, and absolutely nobody's making any money as far as I can make out. I LOVE it.

    Crystal Castles number two. Less shriek, more soul. Very lovely.
