Listening update - I just listened all the way through Watain's upcoming album Lawless Darkness and will probably do so at least a couple more times in the next few days. It's streaming in full for free on metalsucks.net and is by far the most evil, icy yet accessible and listenable new black metal since Immortal's All Shall Fall.

Pogo mixes. This DJ from Australia makes really cool music track using sound bits from movies. He has a lot of really cool ones, but the two below are the most popular. I also really enjoy "Bangarang" which is from Hook.

I'm listening to the complete works of Bogshed.

I used to have all this stuff on tape, lost it, and then found it on an mp3 blog on Saturday

    Unique, eh?

    At present:

    Napalm Death's Scum

Enjoying the new Burzum album since I discovered it a couple of days ago. So far on my 13th play or so...

My girlfriend found And So I Watch You From Afar last night and I've been listening to this song since:

A whole bunch of stuff from those Bastard Pop Terrorist compilations that lurk around on 4chan:

The new Pendulum album which seems kind of boring in comparison to the old Pendulum album and makes me wonder whether the last one was in fact Also Boring

That Janelle Monae chick that the interwebs got all excited about and i am yet to

Continuing my New Adventures in Hawkwind series with Hall of the Mountain Grill, which I like well enough but perhaps not as much as Warrior on the Edge of Time

The Das Racist album is free y'all and no-doubt linked all over the place here

Saw these guys over the weekend. The guy has a spot on guitar sound from his piano (And a whammy bar!). They covered 'War Pigs' at the end of their set. Lots of energy and a helluva good time.
