Setting the "on startup" pages is straightforward: hit the WRENCH >> Options >> Basic options tab. Selects the radio button for "Open the following pages" under On Startup, and add each page on its own line (or select Use Current if you've already got all the right pages open).

For the Home page button n the toolbar, in the same Basic options tab, just paste the following bit of javascript:

javascript:(function(){ window.location.href='http://site1.org/'; window.open('http://site2.com/'); window.open('http://site3.com/'); window.open('http://site4.com/'); })();
