This is something for the musicians. And for me, because I like music.

When you reply to this post, you'll see a menu bar above the reply window, and a button marked "video/mp3." Press that, and it'll pop you up a box and ask you to input the URL of an mp3. It would look like:

So you input the URL of your mp3, make a few notes in the reply window like "we are the band Goatgouger and here is something we made in our toilet" and press the post button. And you will have made an mp3 player with your mp3 loaded into it.

Make sure you add your website's address in your actual reply, so people can find you and give you money and loose sex and things.

Acid42 - Terebinth of Moreh (Acidic Remix)

Product of an electronic/filmic composer. Used as soundtrack to an indie art film called "Nykto." Remixed by composer. Ethnic & electronic. Cheers.

The Nykto soundtrack EP is released online at QED Records.

Gray Dawn Reveals the City's Jewels

One guitar, an Ebow, a rack of obsolete processors, and a pair of delay pedals set to "Stun" later, hear the results of the live performance ...

    off'tan'discord - John Bellingham

    Wonderful idea.

anyway, this is the last track on my album People which is yet to be released anywhere.

It's just little old me recording on my own in my office. It's metal/rock/riffery, whatever you fancy calling it.

    The Exhibit(s) / REDSONG

Love the new and random noise.

Here's some more, from my band The Exhibit(s). Every band has a hangover song, but this one includes that euphoria that comes as the hangover fades.

Either that, or I was experiencing a bit of synaethesia while I was mixing the end. I'm okay with it either way.

Edited to add our website, so we too can get more loose sex:

Yo. Jason from The Orbz. This is our punk rock song.

    It's called "Homeostasis"

    Cause I'm a science nerd.

We don't usually play punk - as you can probably tell. Our main style is n kinda an alternative post-punk melange.

    Onlooker - Low Soft Shoulder
Another track from my recording project that landed on the 4am epi 9.
This one's got real cello. It's one of those songs about love and not knowing what to do.
If you like it, the rest of the record (Today I'm a Gunmaker) is available for download at iTunes, emusic, and amazon.
    I feel slutty saying that.

This is the track "Wurlitzer" from my album "Twilight Music". It is (of course) a sampled wurlitzer piano, with a static drum machine and an improvised "wall of sound" echo guitar.

I wanted "Twilight Music" to be free of cynicism of any kind. It doesn't even have any vocals to interpret, a first for me.

You listen to more tracks, buy the CD or download the album at:

Jiggy Within It is the instrumental track by Net G, a rapper I've been working with for a while. The track's got the funk; imagine it with the lyrical funk!

It's got alot of big noises and fat distorted claps. Dig it! Thanks!

Dividing the Sun is another name under my ancient, dated moniker of cathode ray tube which I keep so my Romanian fans can remember me.

Anyway, this track is a bit heavier and darker than the other one. I've been listening to alot of Tonikom and that girl kicks some serious ass. While the other song will attract bats, this one will attract or pacify demons. You've been warned.

Here's a new one from our upcoming album. No one outside the band and our engineer has heard it recorded, so you're the first:
    Process of Ignition

The band's called Your Favorite Assassin and we're taking our time recording the new album.

You can listen to a few songs from our last album, On The Nod, here. More songs, show schedule etc. on MySpace, of course.
