Well, there's notcot, and its sister user-contributed .org site, notcot.org, which is kind of similar in format to the food "blog" Tastespotting. It's kind of a fun source of inspiration.
Oh, and this is fairly new, the blog of Bill Moggridge, the director of the Cooper Hewitt Museum of Design in NYC. I don't think Moggridge has really come into his own with blogging yet, but I really love the museum and his content's been steadily improving, so I think it's one to watch.
My favourite is, hands down For Print Only - business cards, CD cover design, screenprinting, linocuts... everything printed is so gorgeous that it's my goal to make something that can be featured on this site. I also read Six Revisions when I need info for my web designing. The League of Movable Type covers Typography and also provides open source fonts that are just beautiful & I've been using for most web projects these days. Smashing Magazine is another excellent source of information, theories, trends, etc. Abduzeedo is where I go for inspiration (and the occasional free font friday post). You Thought We Wouldn't Notice is my favourite site to see how many people try to rip off other designers.
