As it is, I'm rather glad that today's work plans that would have made me drive into LA got put off until Monday. Even though, had the work plans gone through today, it would have put me in a fine position to get to some wine bars tonight, then I could review them and earn a few pennies (the work is a volunteer effort).

Central thing I wanted to do this week failed miserably (register for a class at the local college), so I have to try to petition in two weeks, which means I can't plan my fall too much until I find out if I get in the class. Secondary thing - selling a bunch of crap the former tenants of our house left behind - so far isn't working. I'd like to take my time with it but the crap is taking up space that other people want (namely my mom) and said people want it gone yesterday.

You have a photographer's eye, but the way your beautiful photos are displayed could be better.
You arrive at the site, and there is an avalanche of photos, loading continuously and making the window skip. I was up to #40 and glanced down at the bottom of the page to discover that there were more than 300 photos my computer would be downloading if I stayed on your photography site !

Just as I was admiring a nice pic in the browser window, it would vanish because another one had loaded and I had to go hunt down-stream for that pic to see it again.
Something more user-friendly might be in order !
Otherwise you are expecting a lot of patience from viewers as they wait for all 340-plus photographs to download before their computer will stop having epileptic fits !
By the page, or by the gallery- with pages, is a much more attractive mode of display.
Or at least some way to control the stream of pictures, like "Next", "Previous", "Beginning" and "End" buttons.
Fewer photos is better than more.
A single page of 8 to 10 of your absolute favorites makes a big impression, then navigation buttons to more pictures, galleries, themes, whatever!

I swear.) I've always been partial to magazines, print periodicals, esp. of this stripe, not that Dodgem Logic fits into any classifiable mode. I've ordered the first four issues and am working my way through #2 now.
