Listening to early Genesis , Rush and Yello with gleeful and only slightly sickly nostalgia.

And Vangelis, in his sixties psychedelic Aphrodite's Child guise ( vocals by Demis Roussos). I am full of prog.

Android Lust - The Human Animal. They're coming to town on Thursday.
Marian Call - Got to Fly. Bad Astronomy linked to her so it's got to be good right?
And a Pandora station setup for Skinny Puppy and a another one setup for "Bladerunner Blues" to fall to sleep to. See, more Vangelis.

I'm not sure how new or old the comment is, but there's an awesome comment from someone who was in Iraq on the youtube video for the Vangelis song in movie The Year of Living Dangerously.

I was laughing as I reminisced to some of this stuff in my car yesterday:

Snog - Buy Me... I'll Change Your Life
    Wumpscut - Embryodead
VNV Nation - Praise the Fallen/Empires

But, sadly, I've been pumping some emo rock lately (I'm a girl, I like to sing....back off me). :D

The National: High Violet - still not sure about this; hasn't gripped me like Boxer

Sun Araw: Beach Head - again, again and again

Neil Young: Decade - rediscovered this recently and it blew me away all over again

Sneaker Pimps: Becoming X - ah, the nostalgia

    BTW... what's wrong with Vangelis?

    Alpha is perversely thought-provoking.

    Ghost Town - Calamities
    Bugskull - Communication
    Kavinsky - Nightcall

Oh and for Nigredo - I seriously recommend getting hold of a copy of From The Grave by Umberto. He seems to manage to out-Goblin Goblin in making those spooky 70's horror OST sounds....
