    I was looking at the Radio France internationale site To practice my french and saw this article, immediately Mr. Ellis's rant from Orbiter came to mind, literally, so for the spaceheads out there/in here, what's there to be said?

    Unless there’s some cool scientific complexities I’m missing this seems like one of those common sense things that nobody thought about until they noticed that it happened. Of course the moon is constantly cooling and shrinking, what else would it do without the massive internal heat sources of the gas giants? What I really want to see now is NASA figuring out how to reverse the calculations to find out if the Earth is shrinking, too.
