I tend to dig that one over the regular album one since it's live and more in the moment and doesn't have that over-produced sound.</blockquote><br /><br />i dunno, i actually like the studio version much more: it sounds polished because it is. im all for rawer recordings of stuff, and live recordings are great if they are raw, but that live lp is actually produced and pretty slick. plus it has all of the teenage girl screams and gerards super generic between song banter...i love gerard way but its so cheesy to hear him talk on stage. "we love you mexico!" "mexico-are you ready?!" etc etc. <br /><br />even more of a letdown was the footage of the charity show on the dvd. i wanted to see a crazy rowdy show in a 300 person room...instead the entire crowd stands still and looks bored. the Life On The Murder Scene footage is way better to me. my favorite is the footage of them on youtube from HellFest back when they were playing with diy bands. kids diving off of G Way and two stepping in the pit always makes me smile]]>

I've never seen them live but now I don't know, I have a feeling when they tour they're gonna be in the Staples Center rather than my kind of rock venue :[]]>

			i saw them play a 900 person room two years ago and it was fantastic and crazy. i hatehatehate big shows, but i also saw the full BLACK PARADE experience in a 15000 person arena and it was still ...

			<![CDATA[i saw them play a 900 person room two years ago and it was fantastic and crazy. i hatehatehate big shows, but i also saw the full BLACK PARADE experience in a 15000 person arena and it was still pretty great. after the last time i saw them though, i probably will never bother again. their crowd is a very different demographic (ie kids, non show goers who get mad if they get touched in a general admission floor, old people, bros etc etc) than i want to see a show with and it kinda blows. <br /><br />i would like to say that they are my favorite pop group of all time...and i would also like to say that im terrified of this new record coming out and being crappy. new album is finished and awaiting release date right now.]]>

			@Mercer that album is awesome.  I'm a life long outkast fan and I was so happy to see Big Boi step out on his own.  That album's very, very solid.
