I attended a Medieval Banquet.
There was straw strewn on the floor, roasted pigs' heads on the tables, we ate with our hands, tearing loaves and holding joints of meat, wiping our fingers on the tablecloth. There might have been a protracted food fight and we might have put a man dressed as a dragon in the stocks and pelted him with bread.
This apple got shot off my head with a plastic bow and arrow.
Note for the unwary: wench dresses weaponise the female form. There is no safe angle from which to view wench dresses. Especially not this one.

A couple of weeks ago I was Very Bearded. But it's Spring, and in this climate it's going to be wonderfully Summer in an hour or so, so I put a bit of money down and got a rather nice haircut at a barber. Which was pleasant, even when the gentleman whipped out the cut-throat blade and smiled at me. What a friendly fellow.

I am Smiling.
I am a very friendly person.

Possibly because I was realizing in front of the fucking washing machine wasn't the ideal location for a self-portrait.

Ricochet: I'm working at a Renaissance Festival for a month+, so I'm quite familiar with that sorta garb. You'd think I'd be desensitised to its effects--then you go and stick you in one, and well--my brain pan becomes just a pan.
You have one of the best faces for making awesome faces. -
