    Holy christ!

    They got the 70's action/explotation parody down pat and on top of that i actualyy need to see this now.

    Hobo with a shotgun...how in the hell have i never heard of that one?

    Looks recent, is it just a mock trailer or a full movie?, that might be one that would do me in, with friends and accessories it could be dangerous watching that one.

    Hobo With a Shotgun I believe was a contest winner from Tarantino and Rodriguez's Grindhouse which had fake grindhouse movie trailers. I believe it was only shown in limited areas, but like much in life I could be wrong.

    Hobo With a Shotgun was made by some folks out in Eastern Canada (Halifax) and was the winner of the Grindhouse trailer contest. One of the film makers is an old friend of mine. Some of them work on the TV show Trailer Park Boys. We got to see the Hobo trailer in front of Grindhouse here in Canada. The funny thing was that they mixed it in with the "regular" trailers at the cineplex instead of with Machete etc... They didn't have it ready in time to go out to the American theatres.
    They've been trying to raise the funding to make a feature-length version. I suppose it wouldn't cost that much. Probbaly more about the time that it'd take to make it.

    well, I for one would love to see a full length Hobo with a shotgun.
    Ideally, it would be released on video in a giant clamshell box,
    but god damn it, they don't do that anymore.
