Expo Shanghai: Oman Pavilion

All pics taken at the World Expo 2010 in Shanghai last week. Didn't get to actually enter most of the pavilions what with there being upwards of 300,000 visitors a day and cues of up to six hours... but great architecture (at least for some) so plenty to do with one's camera. On that note, the last pic of the Chinese Pavilion... well it's bloody HUGE. Thanks. I've been double doubting myself and unsure. I have fiddled with the transparency, but I'm still messing about trying to determine HOW visible it should be, and at what size it will most likely be viewed. Good to know I'm on the right track.

So while going through some photos from yesterday's job, I found that my image sensor has about three dead pixels, one freen, one red and one white. The green one, when taking the exposure to it's highest, reveals a thin line of green under it going down to the bottom of the image.

So what's to be done in cases like this? I've had the camera about seven years so it's WAY past it's warranty. Do I just take it in or start saving up for a new camera?
EDIT: Just got told best thing to do is get a new sensor or buy a new camera. In the meantime, I can live with taking the picels out on the computer.
