just for the week, getting my smile permanently gapless and taking care of other business also. it's pretty sweet staying in my boss' penthouse, nothing but amazing views :)

Some of the same jellyfish in a bucket. We found it fascinating that you can see some of the interior structures of the jellyfish when they are in water, but you can't when they are in your hand or on the sand.
The weekend was the "Be a Tourist in Your Hometown" event in Fort Wayne. Various tourist traps and Historical Register places had free attendance or allowed photos when they normally don't (for example, the county courthouse). Apologies for the size on these, there's just so much to look at in some of them.

All pics taken at the World Expo 2010 in Shanghai last week. Didn't get to actually enter most of the pavilions what with there being upwards of 300,000 visitors a day and cues of up to six hours... but great architecture (at least for some) so plenty to do with one's camera. On that note, the last pic of the Chinese Pavilion... well it's bloody HUGE. Talk about intimidating.
I finally found my camera! It seems the underpants gnomes made off with it. After 5 months of intense negotiations with the gnome high command we came to an agreement. I agreed to release a pair of gnomes I'd held prisoner for freakish sex games in exchange for my camera. To celebrate I took a stroll through my community garden. 3 of my favorites:
