Has Rafael Grampa been mentioned? I could imagine his style working in a really kinetic issue, like the parkour one from the original series.
...And apart from that I'm drawing blanks for people that haven't been mentioned already and/or Warren may not have heard of. -

oooh Christy Road would be awesome on one of the prose heavy stories that i like!
as far as established comic artists, my dream list is much like some others:Quitely, JH williams, pasqual ferry, james jean (ha! i would shit if he drew ANY comic really),frank miller (ok really? yeah im a little drunk)
as far as what may actually be feasible, Ryan Kelly, Yannick Paquette, Becky Cloonan, Shane Davis and Jamie Mckelvie would be a pretty nice group with good variety -
