Very excitingly - Caribou has commissioned remixes for his entire (excellent) Swim Album.

    Early Christmas this year.

@icelandbob Spacemen 3 have been my band of the year this year...
  1.  (9090.64)
UNITED NATIONS-forget the bombings, heres your six figures ep
MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE- i brought you my bullets
THE LOCUST-peel sessions 12"(this makes me very nostalgic, as this set is pretty much exactly what they played in 2001-2002, a time in which they played phx like 7 times. i used to really love this band before they slowed it down and noise-weirded it out)
    CEREMONY-still nothing moves you 12"

Jill Tracy's albums are absolutely worth tracking down.

@joe.distort - I haven't listened to The Locust in years. Gutted I never got to see them live. I actually quite enjoy their later stuff, the Safety Second, Body Last EP in particular.

@nil i liked it more when it was spazzed out keyboard violence and 30 second songs, but thats just me

    GOLDFINGER-viva la vulva
IRON LUNG/PHT/WALLS-public humiliation live collaboration 12"
LAB RAT-12" (new-ish herky jerky stop?start violence. this was my first listen, more into it than i thought i would be [a lot of current power violence is watered down/derivative nth generation blah})
WALLS-stare at the walls tour 7"
