Badly in need of colouring, but it's 2am so here we go:

The Extraordinary Bat-Man of Gotham and Robin, The Brass Wonder
  2.  (9176.62)
    struthersneil, that's... that's perfect.
  3.  (9176.63)
    Harold Lloyd is the Bat-Man

A bit hurried, but I just had to do it. This is my take on what our Adam West Batman's equivalent would have been! I gave Fairbanks the Bruce Lee/Kato treatment; I know Frye was a bit later in the picture, but this is an uchrony, after all, so bear with me.

I forgot to mention - the "Directed by Luis Abbadie" bit is a double take, there was (though unrelated) a Mexican movie director Luis Abbadie, who at least once collaborated with Luis Buñuel. I merely pushed him a bit into the past just like I did with Frye!

The best thing will be if Brass Wonder Robin turns out to be a starved Irish boy in a suit made of kettles

like if it were Snowtown instead of Gotham then the thing would definitely be titled "The Irish Child Slavery Ring of the Bat-Man"

Peed pants? Panties bursting into flames? What strange effect does Steampunk Batman have over the fairer sex?
Note to self: remember this for next Halloween.

Also, this is thread is... what's the phrase? Full of win?

    Ooooh. Now I want a radium-illuminated pantechnifiddlescope.
  8.  (9176.70)
And I want to see him throwing Chiropterangs as he jumps from his Chiropteradirigible.

    Possibly a Chiropteracopter?

    Sanctified quaintness, Homochiroptera! Egad!

    @ Luis Abbadie

Yours is so correct. I know you said you rushed it, but that is exactly what I imagine a poster from that era may look like.

    Steampunk Batman: "The Gentleman Bat"

Alas didn't have time to do anything elaborate or worthy, as my creative energies are being monopolised by another project, but here we go..

gentlemen I have created a lithogrammatical fontotypoface for this piece which shall henceforth be referred to as "helvetica"
I look forward to decades of spirited discussion of its relative merits
