    Nice one, Felipe! So much with black white and grey.

    Darn it, I was hoping to sneak in here before Sizer detonated the thread.

    I was going for sort of an Irma Vep meets The Shadow beautiful freak thing with Tesla science. I feel I could have gotten steampunkier about it. I guess I'm half-satisfied with it. Mostly, I'm just pleased by the Bat-Mite. The attempt at an amateurish bat-signal just looks like an amateur drawing of a bat-signal. Anyway: yay.

    Had a lot of varying ideas, but really wanted to keep Batman pretty standard, from the get-go. I had sketched a top hat with bat ears, and a monocle-wearing Batman whose moustache was the batman logo..., but once I started sketching gear batarangs and got to the gear bat logo, I knew that was how I wanted to play it... So I'll post some of my sketches in the artist thread, tomorrow, but for now, there's this.

    @sobriero That is my new wallpaper at work.

    @Struthersneil.

    I dig the shading and the Brass Wonder, I'm hoping there is some wired up chimpanzee in constant agony underneath that outfit.

    @MtheMordant. Beautiful and understated.

    @Ken Miller. Thanks, you know what though? I did it as a rush job on my birthday and only just realised for Batman I unconsciously ripped off Devlin Waugh, AND I spelt Gandhi wrong. What a failure.

    Kudos to everyone else, another batch of sterling work folks.

    I don't know how well I did with "steampunk" but I was really more interested in the "movie poster" aspect.

    Also, I should say that mthemordant's really rocks.
