Jen, there's plenty of ways for you to get the LWM Omnibus if your store can't get it. Send me an email at paul@paulsizer.com and I'll help you out if you need it.
This thread recently inspired me to reread LWM to my nephew (we met you at WW in Chicago 2 summers ago) and he stayed quite interested. Asking if he could take it home and have his Mom read it again. I think entertaining a 4.5 yr old with the written and drawn word is a high compliment.
Paul, Great stuff man. I read my copy over Christmas and earlier in Jan but never came back to comment. Really fun book. I handed my copy off to my 17 year old step daughter who is recovering from knee surgery. No word from her yet but I hope she reads it. Really cool to see your development as an artist along the way. The last chapter was terrific and wrapped things up nicely. Thanks again for sharing your work. I give this a wholehearted Whitechapel thumbs up and recommend this book to anyone stopping by here to take a peek. Cheers, J
Careful folks; Warren might identify this thread as an alternate "Hugging" thread and shut it down. : ) Thanks for the nice words, Jeff. Yes, you do get to see a 6 year progression of art from the cringe-worthy to...less cringe-worthy. I'm still proud of it as a first project, warts and all. It set me a foundation to build on, and helped me learn some of the ropes of comic production.
hi Paul, first of all i don´t wanna give you a hug, but a kiss in your gifted head, yes : ) it took me two months for getting LWM & BPM & now here they are, making me so hapy. I´ve read them & loved LWM so much... but i´m putting here this words for telling you that BPM is fucking rocking amazing, man... i really enjoyed the sesion... & want more!!!
