    Ah Friday wonderfulness is here! It's been crappy so far, always a delight to fix a cup of tea and pull up Freakangels - it never misses. Get well soon, Ariana!

    Giggled at the ribspreader and thought it would be the end point to the lolz, then turned the page... and nearly spat my tea on my laptop. I'd completely forgotten about the "dick-head."

    Good Freakangel morning. Heehee!

    Had to laugh at the "ribspreader" line too.

    Glad to see Luke back... the dickhead! I wonder if Miki has tweaked him too, or if it is the upgrade. I think he was already a little imbalanced though.

    I love how Karl is still sulking about his loss of privacy and homemade wine. I can't wait to see how agitated he gets when they all arrive at his place...if they can even make it that far before disaster strikes.

    I'm glad Luke at least realizes that hes a bit mental now. But frankly, all of this guys are nuts. Luke is just also a prick.

    Hmmm... in the discussion of ep 99, our kindly host noted noted that FA was about 2/3 complete. That'd mean somewhere around 150 episodes. Only 35 more weeks, plus skips. :-)

    Why yes, my memory for particular episodes does seem rather sharp lately. Must be the unpacking.

    Oh, and rib spreaders. I'm no medical guy, but all the rib spreaders usage I'd ever heard of were for live patients. In an autopsy, you just open the sucker up via brute force. It makes one wonder what Kait and Quincy are doing in her dream.

    Also.. I hope we're not all supposed to have sympathy for Luke now that he's starting to realize some of the consequences of his actions. Miki says "we've all said and done things we regret" sure, okay, except that rapists who ask for help ater they realize everyone hates them for it don't get my sympathy.

    I do use 3D max to set up scenes for a number of panels, but that one's actually just done traditionally using a two-point perspective.
