NO MORE PHOTO-MANIPULATION "art". I'll just delete them. People have been drenching recent threads with several pieces at a time that they've knocked out in photoshop in 2 minutes with no thought at all. I consider this to be taking the piss.

I will allow original photography.

No more than ONE submission by any one person in any one REMAKE/REMODEL.

Ha, FUN! I'm generally more of a Cronenberg guy, myself, but Lynch is awesome in so many other ways... Lots of Blue Velvet mentions, and Kyle MacLachlan as Spidey would've been cool, but what about the cast of Wild at Heart? Nic Cage as PP and Laura Dern as Gwen Stacy... and you've already got Defoe as the bad guy.

Very gorgeous!! The font makes me think more of a book cover than a film poster, but that gives it a kinda edge somehow.

Goddammit. I took all these Lynchy self portraits to use, but it seems the most true-to-Lynch version that my poster design keeps regressing to is far far more simple. You may be seeing a number of images with bold eyebrows and red lips popping up on the SPIT.

Thanks for all the kind comments on the piece - I really appreciate them.

A little background on the piece - I shot with fetish rock and roll star 'The Richard' last week and during the shoot he put on the outfit in the shot - my studio partner and I immediately started laughing - we thought it looked like Spiderman 2099 - then a couple of days later I check Whitechapel and lo and behold there's this challenge. The David Lynch touch was the background - the shadowed buildings are actually Big Ben and surrounding rooftops but they got a little lost with some of the layers of details (I was trying to evoke the wonderful London of Elephant Man.
