    This one dragged me out of my hermit cave to participate.
    Spider-Man, by David Lynch, by -3-
    Edit: oOOo - and i even got to start page 3 with it. Way to feed an obsession!

    I just figured that if it was a summer tentpole movie based on a comic that they wouldn't risk an "R". I mean c'mon; NO ONE'S ever heard of a comic based move with an R rating that's done decent box office, right? : )

    Nobody said anything about it being a comic book movie. David Lynch directing a movie called Spider-Man is all you've got, everything else is pure assumption. :)

    True enough; and as evidenced plenty, I'll always assume to the point of being the idiot.
    Now, more posters!

    The Time Machine was hard enough --
    Kyle would have been great ... and I'd love to have seen even another bad Dennis Hopper film ...

    Ha, FUN! I'm generally more of a Cronenberg guy, myself, but Lynch is awesome in so many other ways... Lots of Blue Velvet mentions, and Kyle MacLachlan as Spidey would've been cool, but what about the cast of Wild at Heart? Nic Cage as PP and Laura Dern as Gwen Stacy... and you've already got Defoe as the bad guy.

    Anyway, great ones so far. I'll get on this right away, and my brain is already popping.

    Jesus, I just found this thread and you guys are Bringing It Hard already?

    (And a Cronenberg "Spiderman" would be a bit to obvious, yup.)

    Blurp!
    Not entirely sure how Lynchian this is, I just stuck the Twin Peaks soundtrack on and started drawing.

    @Sobreiro
    Very gorgeous!! The font makes me think more of a book cover than a film poster, but that gives it a kinda edge somehow.

    First time I've ever done a remodel thread! An idea just popped right into my head.
    Here is a very quickly slapped together thing using photos found around the web plus photoshoppery, and little bits nicked off other Lynch posters.
