Will things that are in the spirit of McLaren (read: DIY Xeroxed feel) be allowed? There's a compelling argument for that at least. -

The theme does lend itself to two minute photoshop jobs, maybe an exception should be allowed for this one?*

There's no reason why not, as long as the images used are original drawings or photographs. That doesn't seem too much to ask. -

@Dorkmuffin, @Glittering Horse, that's what I thought, but knew it was a fine line when I started scanning old comics and cheap Warholing a poster. I'm surprised and not surprised I got edited, but glad Warren left it there for anyone to look at. @Rachael Tyrell has the right idea, the rules are not that difficult. Now we know where the line is on this one, let the creative brain take over....
Plus someone has to do a Mort Drucker version, classic 70's theme -

Sobreiro's "Sodding Mates" made me laugh out loud, and looks quite like a comic I want to read.
pgeronimos and someone else has already made the "Just Us" connection, which I'm still using in mine, anyway...
Sizer: Great colors. You've used the old Justice League comic logo like I'm doing, and wouldn't Annabella Lwin be very young at that point? Probably still fine...
Ken Miller: Great drawing and colors. My favorite part is the "Star Wars is Bollocks" line... -
