Nice post-apocalyptic themed video for the single Orion, by UK (now based in NZ) producer Ghost:

    The ending's a bit Spooky

From a relatively new, weird Norwegian comedy show called "Påpp & Råkk".

"Whatever you do, don't listen to the record."
    "Could it be that bad?"

    TV History #4

Fast Forward was an Australian sketch comedy show which ran from about 1989 to 1994. Peter Moon, the bloke on the left, regularly made the other cast members lose it with his repertoire of silly impressions.

Hope this isn't a repost. And that Aaron Rayburn doesn't lurk here.

Amazon Customer Review of "The Worst Book Ever Written"
"Trapped under a beam with the countdown ticking away, the monster just on the other side of the battered door, and my friends are trying to free me, I look up at them and yell, "Go on without me. I'll be alright. I'll hold him off while you escape!" And my friends, because they know my sacrifice won't be in vain, make their getaway and when the monster breaks through just as the explosives go off, I know I died saving the lives of my dearest friends."

"The lamp's glow was very weak compared to the blue glow emancipating from the basement."

"It infiltrated his lungs, filling them with a kind of innovativeness he had never felt before."

That pretty much sums up my experience reading Aaron Rayburn's novel, THE SHADOW GOD. I took one for the team, so the rest of you would NEVER have to be subjected to this beast. I beg you, don't let my selflessness be for nothing. Heed my warning. This is the worst book ever written.

The awesome that is Jonathan Coulton's "Shop Vac" meets the more awesome that is classy kinetic typography.

    Shop Vac!

EDIT: Actually, my initial description doesn't get across what a beautiful piece of graphic design this is, employing logos to get across the total misery that is the suburbs with a song backing that can be best described as Fountains of Angst, but in a soft-geek-rock sort of way.

Thanks for the nice comment, Ian. I JUST found that myself the other day; I was not even aware CUDED existed, but man, there's some top notch stuff there!
