I got the hardback edition of THE DISEASE OF LANGUAGE, when it came out. It also features a rather interesting interview with Alan Moore. The Birth Caul is an extraordinary work.

Really want 'Madwoman of the Sacred Heart'. I found that Dak Horse had (re-?)published it in the nineties oddly enough.

A Disease of Language reprint? Fuck yes. I was so pissed off when I went to buy that and found it'd gone out of print.
