Very glad not to have to worry about an attack helicopter today. It gets so very stressful when they show up.
Cold here in Salt Lake, but I'm heading home twice this month, and pretty happy with my holiday plans. And finally back into productive mode after something of a lull.
My favourite character put her favourite toy back together! Looks like she cannibalized an arcade cabinet for the control system. Totally bad ass. My week has consisted of fighting off computer viruses. Got THEBEAST back up and running after something made the "System Restore Autofix" go wonky. Required a windows 7 reinstall. KC's (my crime fighting partner, Shampoo Planet, look it up) little ASUS EEE got the "System Tools 2011" hijacker trojan malware. And Gramma Jude's 4yr old HP Media Center was so fuct that i actually PAID DOLLAR$ for the restore disk that doesn't seem to werk. oh, and i still need a job.
yeah right, KK does it again. :-) She (unintenionally) acts like a - what do you call that in English: lightning deflector? - between Luke and Conner and Kait. At least the questions on what she was doing are answered. Now only one remains unclear yet: Sirka I wonder what she is going through/to.
Nightshift almost done, one more night to go. And our world turned a bit white last night. But that has its advantages so you won't see me complaining about it.
@Alan Tyson - Exactly. I mean, we all saw how the few of them rebuilt that house earlier, and that was before all but one of them got the upgrade. She probably woke up, rolled over, and stared at the pieces until it was finished.
Spent the afternoon in Sussex, slithering down icy, snow filled little country lanes in a lorry full of sex toys. Eventually got home and discovered KK has a brand new chopper. Life doesn't get much better than that!
Oh I love KK. I'd totally buzz their heads for a laugh, too. It's cold and snowy in Colorado. The kind of weather that makes you want to settle into a nice comfortable coma. So much for getting my Christmas shopping done today.
Gah! When are we going to find out WTF was up with the attack chopper? Suspense is killin me! I'm glad for KKs new copter though. It's about time. I'm busy fighting off the pox as well, and you'd think we were in England rather than California the way it's been coming down here the past few days. Being a stupid Californian who owns a convertible, I found out that it has a nasty leak and fills up with water when it rains for more than a day, boo hoo, me and my CA problems.
OK, I rarely post because by the time I get here I usually find that someone else has already said what I wanted to say, but this time I don't care. I just have to say that I also laughed out loud at the line "if I have to think about that sentence my brain's going to shit itself", and again when the helicopter pilot was revealed to be KK. Great episode - best dialogue anywhere.
Here in London it has been snowing since before I got up this morning and there is a fair covering of the white stuff on all outdoor surfaces. Looks very pretty but I"m not looking forward to going out in it.
I like how Connor wasn't going to let Kait get away with her part in the whole Jack/Connor's Mom thing. He looks a little freaked out at the idea of Jack with him mum, but truly pissed off or disgusted at the idea of Kait spying on them.
KK's new bike and new outfit are fab! If her upgrade allows her to build a bike that fast imagine what they can build for Whitechapel (or anyplace else), now! Is Karl going to be able to make plants grow right before their eyes? Can't wait to find out!
Haha, those 5Hr Energies are such bullshit and they're for people afraid of working man's coffee. Energy drinks too. Maybe I've gon the way of El Cheap-O but what I do now is buy a diet soda and give it a shot of STOK. Two if I get a cappuccino. It does the trick and it's cheaper than the defribilator!
