We've had our differences but in this case you have my sympathies, man. Allergies are epic suck. I hope that medical science can soon find, if not a cure, at least a palliative to reduce your suffering.
The awful irony of that is the primary component of common housedust is -- human dander. I have the same problem. One might conclude that means you're allergic to yourself, although in fact what triggers the allergies are tiny mites that live in the dust, eat the dust, and poop in the dust. So what you (and I) are really allergic to is bug poop.
Me too - when they did the scratch test it came up like a blister and started spreading into the space reserved for the others. The nurse sounded genuinely sorry for putting me through it. Caused me all sorts of problems over the last few years. Having a houseful of books doesn't help either.
