    I recommend iObits Advanced System Care. It does do spyware stuff, but it also cleans out other things as well (registry fix, junk files clean up), a system optimization, and has other types of defrag, one for your registry, 2 for the harddrive (regular and smart) and it's free as well, just say no to the toolbars it wants to install.

    I usually use a combination of Rkill, Malwarebytes, and Google for manual removal information (when applicable). It's worked well for me on most occasions.
