    @tnperkins - Holy moly. I've been ploughing through your blog all morning, great stuff. I'm going to be in trouble this afternoon though, as I've not done any work :/

    @jim - Thanks for checking out my work! I am sorry to have been a bad influence, man... :/ BUT... on the upside, I have really been enjoying your flickr page! Nice Muppets 2001 action!

    Some grabs from a tiny wicked game I've been working on :

    @kevinmellon - Fantastic. Those razor blade scratches on the floor remind me of Enrique Breccia. That's a cool technique. Shame people don't use It more often.

    @Neil - Thanks, sir!

    @Alberto - That screenshot is hilarious. Let us know when the game drops.

    Yeah, I've been getting into Breccia. Once I started doing this brushier/scratchier approach I had some people tell me to seek his work out. Great stuff, and yeah, shame more don't.

    @alberto and kevinmellon

    If you're into Breccia, you should check out this guy, Francis Vallejo:

    He was in my group at the comic book residency in Florida last year, the dude is a fiend for the Italian artists, especially Breccia and its very apparent in his work.

    @lazzy - yeah, i've seen his work floating around here and there. Haven't taken the time to really look at it. Will do so sooner rather than later.

    @mojo - Yeah, it's an old school technique. I try to use it as often as I can instead of white out. edit - And thank you!

    Well... first in an occasional series of lunchtime sketches.

    We got an inconsolable, anatomically alien crocodile thing being forced to consume some hapless fellow, by a goonish chap with a fire spike.

    ...had fun though. :)

    30 minutes. Manga studio.

    @Neil: I was warned against working with dangerously insane people.

    Good thing I never listened. Amazing.
