    I want one. But in silver. With lasers. And an angsty pubescent girl / cyborg piloting it against waves of aliens in the gigantic future-city in my mind

    Sorry to potentially make people listen to this but I here is possibly the most tenuous use of Spider J I've yet to see. But, then again, I'm not "down" with the street yoof these-days. Soddin' kids.

    @ 55secs in - although he might appear again; I just couldn't listen to any more of it.

    (No, I WAS NOT LISTENING TO MARK TWATTING RONSON FOR PERSONAL PLEASURE, just before anyone asks.)

    I see those trees, and I imagine all the spiders it must have taken to do that.

    @ DJ Stawes: Exactly. I live next to a river so each summer/autumn the front my flat turns into a scene from Arachnophobia with dozens of them all gorging on the local midges attracted to the light and I have no problem with that. But I get a sneaky feeling the girly-squealing-for-mummy would begin the moment I found myself too close to those bastard-trees-from-hell.

    @Greasemonkey
    Australian politico folk band Redgum ripped the piss out of the Leyland Brothers in the cracking live version of their tune, Beaumont Rag (it's not on youtube but can be heard on their live album Caught in the Act).
