@lassyfair Lovely restrained work and quite unusual pastel colours too. It's been lovely following this from your pencils and inks to your friend's colours
Here's some shots from my gallery show opening last night in Kalamazoo. I apparently blew all this gallery's previous attendance records out the door with nearly 500 people through the gallery in 4 hours! It was a blast, and we all enjoyed art from the warming glow of all the huge widescreen monitors.
All 6 monitors, each loaded with a 10 piece slideshow, each in a different genre (design, illustration, Remake/Remodel), so I was able to display 66 pieces of artwork in one gallery. Strangely enough, the REMAKE/REMODEL and DRAW EACH OTHER monitors drew a ton of comments, as did the one devoted to my work with Thomas Dolby.
That's fantastic, Paul. Hope I reach your level of success some day.
[edit - I see you had time to dress snappy before the show. I ran out of time before my exhibition and didn't get to change clothes, so I was showing people around in my paint-spattered old shorts and t-shirt :-) ]
