@Bevis - I always feel sorry for hookers. (Great cartooning though!)

@Ed Sludden - I love the ghost dog. Northwest Indian designs are a favorite of mine.

@ mojokingbee – What an inspiring cover
@ tombland – I wasn’t sure anyone was going to take on that particular title. Now, I don’t think any will be able to top your piece!
@ Fernando Lucas – I love the colors and layout
@ Ed Sludden – I really dig your Mesoamerican take

Stitches are fun to play with...

@DBed - Excellent use of contrast. The glowing stitch work makes the illustration.

These are all great. I agree about the stitching making DBed's cover come to life, it took me ages to spot the wording, a great touch!

There's some great work here, really gets the imagination fizzing!

@struthersneil - Your inking skills are leet.
@Tombland -Strong concept and just a lovely illustration.
@mojokingbee - I bet your .PSDs (or equivalent) are big! So much going on, so well balanced.
@Fernando Lucas - Clever and ballsy, I struggle with good minimalism but you have it nailed!
@Paul Sizer - Took me a second to see the dog! Love that, great job as always.
@HEY APATHY! - I wait for yours with baited breath, and every time there's a great payoff, so much fun, so much ink. I feel like I can reach into the picture and pull characters out, they're so solid.
@Bevis - The "classic" look, me likey. It's amazing how reasonable your scene looks in that style and now I'm wondering how close to the truth it was. (Reminds me of old Viz covers a little)
@DBed - Nice tonal work, great image.

I was going to do an erotic fiction cover for the ghost dog one, but I hedged and drew cats instead, I was afraid of a "Lost Girls" vibe. :P

@LordoftheJungle - The girl's expression is great. And I love that the scepter (lamp post?) is rising out of the old woman's hand bag.

@Lordofthejungle Yeah, Viz did a lot of stuff like that. They certainly had a thing for taking off girl's comics like that. The reason being, of course, that it's so much bloody fun to do. ;)

@David Lee Ingersoll - thanks mate! I don't know what it is other than a communicator for Bast, I just like bottomless carpet bags, they reek of Mythology. I love the girl's corkscrewed corpse in your own - also the layout, logo and the creepy+cute factor, awesome.

@Bevis - It really is a lot of fun. I wanted to do more than one, ah well, next time!

@kosmograd - That's some elegant design right there. Good job.

@LordoftheJungle: I love that the cats' eyes sort of look like city lights at first glance. The whole thing rocks!

@Alan Tyson - Thanks a million man! Your last F4 R-R was amazing too, are you working on one for this?

I looked up some of the comics online. When I found out that "Winner Loses All" had a horse given to the lead by the Devil I had to draw this.
    Girl's like bugs right?

    Born Sleipner

    <3 Sleipner, magical fast pony.
Also on the next one I'll try to not draw a horse, arachnid, shark, thing...

@Kosmograd - Who'd have thought The Sentinels would get so much love? This is another good graphic integrations of buildings and Nazi iconography.

@kmcleod - I laughed when I read the names on the players' shirts. And the Hello Kittys on the soles of the shoes are a great detail.

@Oxbrow - But do I want to escape the Cult of the Cat? She looks like she might be fun to hang out with.

@Neila - First Sharkpony, now Scorpony. Who would win in a race?

    Taking literally the title 'Misty'.
    MISTY #77

Fantastic stuff everybody. My top five thus far would be those of mojokingbee, tombland, Paul Sizer, Ed Sludden, and kosmograd, but there is much other awesome as well.

@Jack Hare - "The story of the Somerset Brides ends in Hangman's Grove ..." Just enough info for me to want to find out more!
