    @Rooth = At first I'm like "Hulk's got this", then I'm like, but Beast is standing on Hulk, who's standing on a cliff edge, next thing I know I'm imagining a whole kind of "They Live" scenario where Beast is trying to make Hulk put on the sunglasses... So I guess what I'm saying is I like your drawing too :D

    @Rooth I always love your colors and washes! That's something I'm going to try soon, I mostly use markers right now.

    superecretid - thank you! You should definitely try out ink washes, I think you'd dig 'em.
    Working wet on wet with a decent brush, you can pull off some pretty cool colour mixes and nebula type stuff blends.
    I'd recommend using liquid transparent inks and/or liquid water colours to get that 'comic book vibrancy' into the colours, as opposed to using traditional water colour cakes/blocks (which i find harder to get bright colours out of).
    I find inks to be a much easier (and more reliable) medium than markers- though you seem to have a pretty awesome handle on using markers! Awesome Dark Phoenix!

    @miranda - think I already commented on your stuff here but I actually came back today just to check it out again. It's like beautiful from afar but dismal and rotten up close, and yet still absolutely beautiful.

    Last month I put up a shot of a mask that I made for a local photographer. The two shots will be published in a Houston arts magazine Bayousphere. Hurrah for being published, though the mask isn't getting a credit of any sort.

    I'm going to assume the Ventures Bro art jam is getting to a slow start or is it now being post-poned?
