Nothing this week because I'm trade waiting iZombie. Next week Ex Machina HC book 5 is released and that's when I'll pick up one of the vol. 1 TPB of iZombie my LCS has in stock.
iZombie is good read, lots of laughs and the artist has wonderful fashion taste. It's a win-win. I'm tired of serious "zombie" comics/movies/and such. They've been done to death and I've come to the conclusion that when/if a zombie apocalypse occurs I'm going to grab my leather jacket, my black steel-toe boots, the lead pipe we have laying around the home, along with my trusty spade shovel, and kill as many zombies as possible until they overwhelm and eat me.
If I've learned anything from George Ramero to Robert Kirkman, it's that the Zombies aren't the worst part of a zombie apocalypse...it's the damn human survivors going nutterville cannibal freakshow on everyone they meet. Fuck that, I'll take my chances with the Zombies. -

DoubleFeature Comics has released the first of its digital comics this week. Action DoubleFeature contains "Jack Kraken" by Tim Seeley and Ross Campbell and "The Answer" by Dennis Hopeless and Mike Norton.
There are PDF and iPad versions available. The iPad version has some cool extra features.
