@dorkmuffin -- The one on my arm is my sister Isabel's name in alibata, an archaic Tagalog script. The one on my stomach is Fated Children in latin. I, uh, I was a big Final Fantasy VIII fan in my youth, and I regret.

    Why do I even try?

Also, @hednet, the best of us were FFVIII fans in our youth. Some of us have even forgotten youth was a stipulation. =D

My attempt at trying to resurrect the suave theme from a few months back:

Me on the left, being positively shitfaced by the time this photos was taken.

Just spent five hours being painted by three mates while another filmed it. This is me halfway through being eaten by the sticky unwashable stop-motion dirt monster (poster paint, with the odd bit of treacle for texture).

@Alana & @Sizer I am now in the mind of the poster for the movie Jaws with my toes as the bikini babe. Too creepy for this forum? Never. Very likely to give me booze induced nightmares that force me to sleep in steel toe boots? Likely.

Don't want to date myself but realized that perhaps not everyone in this forum was scared away from the beaches in the early 80's by this movie.

Jaime and I were in bed cuddling & watching TV, clasping hands. Bean, my best friend of 8+ years stretched her leg out and rested her paw on our hands. All for one, and one for all and like that.

*And I did take the pic. ^_^

A great example of dressing for comfort, pulling a bad pose and the horrid lighting of my room.

When I was at the shops I saw this teeny weeny banana and I immediately knew I had to photograph it and then I realised I COULD OWN IT!
You have no idea how amused I was by this.
It really is the little things that make life interesting.

I'm totally failing on my 365 project.

Here I am anyway... feeling a bit blue (job related) but otherwise pretty peachy.
    It's Den!

@Bram. You look awesome, man. Plus the contrast of the black paint with the blue of your eyes is superb.

@J0nCarp3nter. Thanks. My computer died, so I will only be able to share phone pics (and maybe film, if I ever process it) for a few weeks.

    Hello

...film, if I ever process it

That's the tragedy of film - I've got a bunch sitting around waiting to process, and another six inch high stack of transparencies and negatives that I've put aside for scanning. That's a stunning picture though, whatever it's taken on!
