    It's Friday, It's FREAKANGELS.

G'morning, Whitechapel. It's finally spring, not that you can tell it at four in the morning, but yesterday I wore one less layer when I went out to run errands. So, y'know: jacket, long sleeve, short sleeve, instead of: jacket, light jacket, etc. SPRING.

    How's everyone doing?

It looks like we're getting close to a finale. How many more episodes to go?
I'm looking forward to Warren and Paul's prequel project- FreakBabies.

I shed a layer this week. No more hoodie, just shirt and jacket. I think it's my first full week of work this year so it has dragged on a bit, but it came as a surprise a few minutes ago when I realised it's Friday! It's 12 o'clock! It's FreakAngels!

Alice just keeps on being a badass of the highest order. I really thought she was going to lose it when she found out the FA's couldn't die but, heh, of course not.

Spring really does seem to have sprung here - it's been gloriously sunny for most of the week, and I've managed to squeeze in a couple of trips to the beach without dying.

I have shed the lining in my german army parka. It's SPRING!!

Lovely day here, sunny, warm blossom everywhere...

Was Mark caught up in a little time bubble there, did the other FAs only release him when they got distracted, is Luke like dead funny now or what?

Good old Alice, she really is exactly what the FAs need... :)

A while back, Alice did say that her first impressions were that they were like gods but that she now wondered how they ever lived long enough to grow up! (A: because they were like gods, and couldn't be killed anyway)

    Good morning!

Thought the Little Bleeder was totally going to lose it, too! That last panel on page two—! Amazing. Thanks, everyone.

Putting spent shells back together requires reversal of the exothermic chemical reaction which turned gunpowder into (rapidly expanding) gasses.
Violations of the second law of thermodynamics are not currently covered by my suspension of disbelief.
Someone please help; fix this, make it right in my mind. Warren, help!
A line must be drawn; storytelling value of fictional universes is derived from limits set for them (by the author of course).

hahahaha, I agree with dyeote, putting shells back toghether was too strong for me.

Choppers must be perfectly balanced, so if you hang a helicopter by it's main blades axis, it must keeps on horizontal. In none of the KKs choppers this is possible, because a big amount of weight (KK herself, water tank, controls) are in the front part of the chopper, and his tail is not hevy enough to compensate, so the chopper cannot keeps itself balanced, the two KKs choppers would never take off. But, ignoring the flying impossibility, their design is way too cool.

I can ignore totally this aspect of KK's choppers for the sake of a well-written, well-draw and very fun to read story, but putting shells back, "unburning" their powder is VERY strong to me, hahahahaha!

BTW, the way Freakangels can manipulate matter, making objects float... A chopper is really needed? FAs could simply throw their weight through the skies around. And, of course, Sirkka could do amazing things on bed, hehehehe (sorry, couldn't resist)

Keep up the great work on this story, sorry it's coming to an end.

    Another great episode.

I'm not having the issue with the shells other seem to have.... guess I assumed it was a time/space thingy, where the bullets simply were simply "rewound"...kinda like how I can rewind a VHS tape while I continue to travel forward in time.
Regardless, Alice made me laugh with her reaction..which I wasn't expecting but does stay true to her character.

Personally it's been a crazy week. Nothing much really happened, but I'm waiting on a phone call that could change my life considerably (sorry to be vague, but I'm not free to discuss it).
So I'm swinging between being very "whatever happens, happens" about is and keeping myself busy.
In good news, my sister and her family are visiting (From England, South-end actually) and to my Canadian ears, nothing is cuter then a 4 year old with an English phone call or not, this weekend should be fun.

Luke and Mark adjusted to being immortal pretty rapidly!

Nice to see Alice can still get her licks in.

This is going to sound incredibly kissbutt... I feel the author has mastered the two-by-two, six-page-per-episode format perfectly. You look at the beginning and there were more or less hard breaks in the plot between episodes. By the middle of the series, the plot twists didn't come every six pages, but were more or less randomly scattered as the book more closely resembled a novel (harder to do, I would assume, and requiring more confidence that the audience will stick around).

I don't even know how to describe what I see in the episodes now. There's growth, and development, in every episode. There always was, but the plot twists seem to intentionally land on page five (sometimes even page three!) so that you have the feeling of "oh my gosh this story is great" and also "good I get to read a little more" each week. Now that might just be that all the loose ends are being tied up that's making it feel this way, but I don't think so, it seems more than a circumstance of plot. Maybe it is good that the story is coming to a close. I wouldn't want Warren to continue past the point where he no longer feels challenged by the restrictions of the format and becomes bored, having now mastered it.

I finished the whole run last week, really slow week at work and I had lots of time. At first I was disappointed, but now i figure I just have something to look forward to every Friday now (Besides the weekend XD). It's worth it, a tasty treat, my weekly Kait and KK fix ...

You can accept telekinesis, but you draw the line at reversing entropy?
If you're really that bothered by this and not any other part of the comic, I think all is well! As far as I'm aware, most reactions between particles are time-reversal invariant, it's just that in order to retrace the complex steps that represent an exothermic chemical reaction (the collected action of a number of particles interacting), the exact convergence of all the particles in the right manner is so astronomically unlikely that it effectively might as well be impossible. Theoretically though, if you can control matter in a detailed and particle-by-particle manner at the atomic and sub-atomic scale (as was implied when they rebuilt the house), I'm not aware of any macroscopic sequence of events that couldn't be reversed. Allow the initial conceit, and anything is literally possible.
If you want to know where I'm getting my info from, it's Sean Carroll's "From Eternity To Here". I may well be misunderstanding!

It would still be easier just making a new one.
    But they're stupid !
    What do you expect ?

    >Remember after taking down Mark when they put the building back together?
    It was perfect !
Only the symmetry got flip-flopped just a little bit and the door-hinge was on the other side...
    Just because you're omnipotent doesn't mean you're really smart ! !

Really, Paul and Warren, you're great! Love this episode, and the final comment of Arkady "Alice is what we needed!" This compensates for a week of hard work...
But who'ìs arriving? The PLANETARY crew?
