Congrats Warren! Pretty fantastic news. I really enjoyed Crooked Vein. Can't wait to see what comes out of your whiskey brain next.

Congrats, and may your muse treat you kindly during the process. Or at least, use the whipping-stick without the iron spikes on it.

Congratulations, Captain. I would like to request you to be the reader for the books on tape version.

This makes me happy. I did have a thought though about the audience. Clearly we will all read it. But, when they market it "From the creator/writer of Red." Oh to have the chance to see the look on the middle aged Bruce Willis or Morgan Freeman fan when they get to the first 'rat taking a piss in my coffee mug' or Godzilla moment would be priceless.

I second Kelind, though I doubt you will get much say in that.

A great deal of my drives are to the books on audio and I'd would like to hear the actual tone of how the words are meant to be spoken (Chuck Palahniuk really hammers that home during his readings).

I suppose it to be wrong having thought "man, what a cool comic that would be", having read the hook of Gun Machine. Nevertheless congratulations Mr. Ellis, it's easy to see how great this is, for all of us. Hack away sir, hack away.
